Questrade – free purchase for ETFs

I normally use Questrade to buy ot sell shares, and I received a letter from Questrade – since Feb 1st Buy ETFs for free.

Questrade Fees

 Questrade offer you that pay $4.95 per trade up to a maximum of $9.95 to buy stocks, and $0 per trade to buy ETFs. But when you sell the share and stock another $4.95 commission will be charged.
