DUCA全称DUCA Financial Services Credit Union Limited），是一家位于Toronto的Credit Union。 之前介绍过BMO的 eBusiness 商业支票账户。虽然很实惠，但是一个月只有两笔eTransfer out，还是有一些少。
DUCA提供免费的商业银行账户给安大略省的中小企业，所以其他省的，可以散了。

个人的部分，你需要提供你的驾照，还有银行账单。
个人感觉DUCA这么良心的企业已经不多了，这个免费账户已经可以满足基本的要求。对于刚刚起步的企业已经相当不错了。相比较BMO的eBusiness，提供了无限的eTransfer，可以说相当不错了。只是可惜，因为法规限定，DUCA只对ON的企业和居民开放，也就是说，其他的地区的企业，压根开不了户。气愤。
